Appointment Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with us, for treatments over £40.00. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of appointment time. Payments can be taken via a payment link or by popping into the salon. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request that at least 48 hours notice must be given prior to cancellation of any appointment. Please call 01142686067 if you are unable to attend. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the full treatment price. Please do not try to cancel appointments through email or social media, we do not always have the time to check these regularly. 

Information

The salon cannot accept any responsibility for any personal items left or lost on the premises.

Personal details taken from clients during consultations are kept in a secure and held in the strictist confidence. 

Please be aware that although we do try our utmost to keep the noise to a minimum, while relaxing treatments are being carried out, we can not promise that there may not be some light noise.
